<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a polymer alloy comprising mixing a plural kinds of resins with a high-temperature high-pressure fluid or a supercritical fluid, which gives a polymer alloy hardly suffering from destruction of an ultrafine phase separation structure thereof even when the polymer alloy is subjected to processing accompanied with heating such as heat-pressing. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises a first mixing step for mixing together a plural kinds of resins incompatible with each other at ordinary temperature and pressure, at least one solvent which is liquid at ordinary temperature and pressure and/or at least one solvent which is gaseous at ordinary temperature and pressure, and a laminar silicate, a second mixing step for heating and pressurizing the solvent to convert it into the high-temperature high-pressure fluid or the supercritical fluid and continuing mixing in this state, and a cooling step for cooling the mixture obtained in the second mixing step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
