PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe solution ejection head producible at a low cost and surely and almost simultaneously ejecting multiple kinds of probe solutions against a DNA chip. SOLUTION: The probe solution ejection head 10 is provided with a holding member 20 holding a silicon chip 12 and having a probe solution supplying port 21 corresponding to a heat conversion element 14, and an orifice plate 30 extending on the silicon chip 12 and the holding member 20 in a manner to cover the probe solution supplying port 21 and the heat conversion element 14. A probe solution ejection port 31 is passed through the orifice plate 30 opposite to the heat conversion element 14 and a probe solution channel 33 passing through the probe solution supplying port 21 and the probe solution ejection port 31 is formed at the boundary of the silicon chip 12 and the orifice plate 30.
