A concrete floor is reinforced by a series of wire mats, each separated from the adjacent mat by a zigzag wire frame spacer (1). The ladder-like frame follows an essentially corrugated profile. The profile consists essentially of three frames in straight line, followed by a single frame, followed by a further three frames reversing the first straight section.
