<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking structure of a cover and a box in which the cover is locked smoothly to the box with proper workability even at a narrow place like an engine room, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The locking structure of the cover 10 and the box 1 includes the cover 10 having one end 11e rotatably mounted at the sidewall 71 of the box 1. The locking structure of the cover 10 and the box 1 further includes an engaging part 23 having a flexible locking piece 23a and provided at the other end 12e of the cover 10, an engaging locking hole 23h provided at the substantially central part 23f of the flexible locking piece 23a, a locking protrusion 53h engaged with the engaging locking hole 23h and provided at the locking part 53 of the box 1, and a cutout part 53m which can receive the flexible part 23m of the flexible locking piece 23a and which is provided at the locking part 53.
