<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal recording body in which the pulverizing characteristics of 1,2-bis(3-methylphenoxy) ethane composition showing an excellent performance such as heating color development properties as a sensitizing agent is substantially improved without damaging and the color development properties, and uses the composition as a sensitizing agent. <P>SOLUTION: A composition for the thermal recording body, which contains 50 ppm to 5.0 mass% of 1-(3-methylphenoxy)-2-(4-methylphenoxy) ethane and/or 1,2-bis(4-thylphenoxy) ethane in the 1,2-bis(3-methylphenoxy) ethane, is used as a sensitizing agent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
