<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent driving torque and speed-change speed from changing with a sense of incongruity when correcting target motor/generator torque out of an operable region to a value within the region. <P>SOLUTION: When a combination of the target motor/generator torque T<SP>*</SP><SB>10</SB>, T<SP>*</SP><SB>20</SB>is out of the operable region FX like an occasion of the combination being the value corresponding to an operating point before correction "a white circle," regarding "a black circle," a point which is on a straight line connecting the operating point before correction "the white circle" and an original point O within the operable region FX and the nearest to the operating point before correction "the white circle," as an operating point after correction, the motor/generator torque T<SB>1</SB>, T<SB>2</SB>in the operating point after correction "the black circle" are regarded as motor/generator torque command values T<SP>*</SP><SB>1</SB>, T<SP>*</SP><SB>2</SB>. When the target motor/generator torque T<SP>*</SP><SB>10</SB>, T<SP>*</SP><SB>20</SB>are corrected to the values within the operable region FX to be the motor/generator torque command values T<SP>*</SP><SB>1</SB>, T<SP>*</SP><SB>2</SB>, as the driving torque is not changed even with the correction of the target motor/generator torque T<SP>*</SP><SB>10</SB>, T<SP>*</SP><SB>20</SB>, durability of a motor/generator and the life of a battery can be improved while preventing unnatural acceleration and deceleration of a vehicle from being generated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
