发明名称 EXTRACTION METHOD AND DEVICE FOR BIOMACROMOLECULE IMMOBILIZED ON MAGNETIC BEAD
摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extraction method and an extraction device for biomacromolecules immobilized on magnetic beads wherein target biomacromolecules immobilized on the magnetic beads are separated from other biomacromolecules for extraction without entailing the movement of a fluid and the device is downsized. <P>SOLUTION: According to this method, the target biomacromolecules bearing negative charges and immobilized on the magnetic beads are extracted from a biospecimen. Gel is used to divide, from each other, a first solution including the biospecimen, a second solution for therein preserving extracted biomacromolecules, and a third solution for therein preserving the extracted magnetic bead-immobilized target biomacromolecules. The biomacromolecules are moved by electrophoresis from within the first solution via the gel into the second solution while the target biomacromolecules migrating in the gel are moved by magnetic attraction into the third solution, thereby extracting the target biomacromolecules. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
