PURPOSE: A flexible annuloplasty ring is provided to fix a mitral valve to an original position thereof easily and to give a flexibility selectively, thereby minimizing the side effect on a human body and helping the mitral valve function. CONSTITUTION: The flexible annuloplasty ring comprises a binder member(2) which is positioned in a partial or total edge corresponding to the mitral valve(V) of the human body; and an elastic part(4) for giving an elasticity to a total or partial area of the binder member. The elastic parts are formed so that a plurality of cut grooves(8) are spaced in one or more directions, and are connected by joints having a smaller cross section than a cross section of the binder member.
