SUBSTANCE: device has hollow body in form of parallelepiped with oval windows on its upper and lower walls and guide window with female thread on its rear wall. Body is split through entire front wall and along symmetry axis over side walls up to front surface of through oval windows symmetrically arranged on body side walls. Body is made for vertical angular dosed opening relative to symmetry axis by means of regulating disk coaxially installed for motion along symmetry axis inside hollow body. Regulating disk center has complex-shaped hollow. Body inside is of truncated cone shape whose lower base radius equaling radius of regulating disk. Upper base of truncated cone with radius equaling half of lower base radius is located on internal surface of body front wall. Body internal surface has circular grooves. Body front wall center has round hole with radius smaller than that of truncated cone upper base. Located uniformly on end of outer surfaces of body upper and lower walls are bases of pyramidal projections with pyramid height of 1-2 mm. Tool for device installation has handle and coaxial to it rigidly secured guide head with male thread on its end. Made along symmetry axis in handle and guide head is through cylindrical hole accommodating movable T-shaped cylindrical regulating rod with end of complex-shaped cross-section for location in regulating disk complex-shaped hollow. EFFECT: provided doses correction of intervertebral space height, reliable fixation of vertebrae and created conditions for spondylosyndesis and restoration of lumbar flexure close to natural lordosis. 2 cl, 2 dwg
