<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fusible cloth excellent in fusibility because of easily following the change in size even if the face fabric thereof has high stretchability, and applicable to sportswear to partially improve its taping function or supporting function; and to provide a method for producing the cloth. <P>SOLUTION: The fusible cloth has the following structure: granular thermoplastic resin is fixedly arranged directly to the surface of a base cloth at least part of which comprises elastic fibers, having a stretching rate of 20-200% in at least one direction of length and width directions under the load of 2N/2.5 cm, and having a recovering rate of 70-100% after stretched at 80%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
