<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive of a hybrid vehicle capable of improving travelling feeling of the vehicle by transmitting torque to a driving wheel by rotating a rotor of an electric motor as required. <P>SOLUTION: An engine output shaft 41 is engaged with a transmission input shaft 1 through a clutch C1, the rotor 44 of the electric motor M is connected to the transmission input shaft 1 through a clutch 2, and the rotor 44 is connected to the engine output shaft 41 through the two clutches C1, C2. A transmission shaft 50 is connected to the transmission output shaft 2 and the transmission shaft 50 is connected to the rotor 44 through a clutch 3. A plurality of transmission gear rows are provided between the transmission input shaft 1 and the transmission output shaft 2, and the transmission gear row to carry out torque transmission is selected out of a plurality of the transmission gear rows by mechanical clutches 31 to 33.
