<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce man-hour of a survey/planning stage of a building in a design/construction company, and at the same time, to propose house building that is more attractive to a client by providing an easy, inexpensive, and sufficient site survey method. <P>SOLUTION: In a networked server-client system such as the Internet, a clearance limit area is calculated by using an aerial photograph or the like as a ground plan, and referring to shape data of a site extracted by a means such digitizing, width data of a road (an adjacent road) contacting the site, and land use zone data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
