<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of synthetic resin-made container, manufacturing a container or a lid formed by sheet forming which does not hurt users and prevents a packaging film from being cut, by the edge of an opening edge. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method of a synthetic resin-made container in which the projecting part of an opening edge of the peripheral side frame of a container body or a lid is an end edge, is characterised in that at least a part forming the projecting part of the opening edge is obtained by sheet forming using a mold corrugated in the vertical direction, after that, a formed sheet is transferred to a cutting die, and cut by use of a cutting blade, the knife edge of which is linear or thicknesswise corrugated, thereby forming the projecting part of the opening edge of the manufactured container or lid to be corrugated in the vertical direction or both in the vertical direction and in the longitudinal direction seen from the edge side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
