PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reversal spring with high reliability and, its manufacturing method, capable of easily forming a protruded part at a contact plate and preventing fall-off of the protruded part, as well as a switching device using the same. SOLUTION: A spring member 1 having a reversible swollen part with a through-hole 1d formed at a tip part of the swollen part, a protruded member 2 inserted into the through-hole 1d with its one end protruded and held at a top face side in a plate thickness direction of the spring member 1, and a pressing part 2a formed on the top face side of the protruded member 2 and transferring pressing force from outside are provided, and the protruded member 2 is held in the through-hole 1d not to be pulled off by deforming its outer periphery part so as to pinch it from a top and a bottom faces of the spring member 1 in the plate thickness direction, a thin concave part 2c is formed at the center part of the pressing part 2a, and a thickness of an outer periphery part of the pressing part 2a is made thicker than that of the center part of the pressing part 2a.
