PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polypropylene-based resin molding having high rigidity and high strength by finely and uniformly dispersing a thermoplastic liquid crystal resin fiber into the whole injection molding. SOLUTION: A polypropylene-based resin, a thermoplastic liquid crystal resin, a crystal nucleating agent and a compatibilizer are melted, kneaded and extrusion molded at a temperature to melt the propylene-based resin and the thermoplastic liquid crystal resin and to make the thermoplastic liquid crystal resin keep liquid crystallinity to obtain resin pellets for injection molding in which the thermoplastic liquid crystal resin fiber is formed and dispersed into the polypropylene-based resin in a fibrous state, which are injection molded at 170-190 deg.C melt temperature not to eliminate the thermoplastic liquid crystal resin fiber formed in the resin pellets, so that the fine thermoplastic liquid crystal resin fiber is uniformly dispersed into the molding to give the molding having high rigidity and high strength and to contribute to lightening of product by thinning. |
