PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a clutch device having capability to provide an axially compact device and especially, so as to enable thermal load to be reduced in region of frictional arrangements. SOLUTION: At least one of first frictional arrangements (32, 34, 36) or at least one of second frictional arrangements includes a friction lining support (48). The friction lining support is each side face of axial direction and supports frictional lining devices (44, 46) on each side face of axial direction on which the frictional arrangement includes frictional effectiveness. In addition, a liquid delivery surface device is provided for generating liquid circulation at least regionally flowing in circumference of the frictional arrangements (32, 34, 36, 50, 52) at the frictional arrangements (32, 34, 36) including the friction lining support (48) which is at least provided with the friction lining devices (44, 46).
