PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LSI sample in which alteration of system reset and setting of the output voltage setting terminal of a voltage regulate circuit are not required for a user, and erroneous operation due to a voltage drop is improved. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit comprises an automatic voltage drop improving circuit 400 for elevating the regulate level of a voltage regulate circuit 300 by one stage when the detection result of a voltage drop detecting circuit 200 indicates a voltage drop, a selector 500 for selecting the output from the automatic voltage drop improving circuit and set voltage information for improving the voltage drop acquired by the automatic voltage drop improving circuit and outputting them to the output voltage setting terminal of the voltage regulate circuit, and an EPROM 700 capable of making a switch between a state for writing the set voltage information being inputted to the selector from the output of the automatic voltage drop improving circuit and a state for reading out the set voltage information thus written in and outputting it to the selector.
