PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device in which a route is determined by suggesting a destination which satisfies a user's preference and aptitude. SOLUTION: A system control part 115 comprises a data table storing part 131 which stores data table for calculating a priority of destinations, and a priority destination list generating part 132 which generates a priority destination list based on the table. The system control part generates a priority destination list in which destinations satisfying a user's preference and aptitude are listed in the order of descending priorities based on destination conditions set by the user and the stored table.
