PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reuse ready mixed concrete sludge water as kneading water for a ready mixed concrete preparation apparatus by treating it into a constant-level quality property. SOLUTION: A head tank 4 and a scale 5 are connected to a concentration tank 2 wherein the ready mixed concrete sludge water 1 is stored with ducts 3a and 3b for transportation. In the duct 3a between the concentration tank 2 and the head tank 4, a magnetic resonance device 7 is provided at a part close to the head tank 4. The ready mixed concrete sludge water 1 treated by the magnetic resonance device 7 is stored in the head tank 4 as the kneading water, and supplied to the ready mixed concrete preparation apparatus by a predetermined amount through the scale 5.
