PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system for a rice polishing facility, which improves the credibility of polished rice packaged in bags and shipped as a product. SOLUTION: The control system for the rice polishing facility has a control means, which controls a process of receiving raw rice, a raw rice storing process of storing the received raw rice, a process of polishing the raw rice, a polished rice storing process of storing the rice polished in the polishing process, a packaging process of packaging the polished rice in a bag and shipping it, and transfer processes of transferring the raw rice and polished rice between the above processes. The control means also controls the raw rice information of the raw rice to be packaged in the bag, and executes an information attaching process of attaching the raw rice information or identification information linked to it to the bag.
