<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new push type distribution method of moving video information wherein the function of a new portable phone is utilized sufficiently. <P>SOLUTION: In the case that a user previously registers wishing moving video distribution service about specified area to a user management server, moving video information is distributed from a contents server to a portable phone of the user by push type when the portable phone of the user is in the range to the specified area.
