<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VPN accommodation apparatus and an SIP-ALG apparatus capable of transmitting / receiving information related to a VPN. <P>SOLUTION: The VPN accommodation apparatus converts a VPN number and a direction flag into a capsulated header, capsulates a SIP signal and transmits if to the SIP-ALG apparatus. When receiving the SIP signal from the SIP-ALG apparatus, the VPN accommodation apparatus particularizes a logical NAT to which the SIP signal is related, and the particularized NAT particularizes the direction of transmitting the SIP signal from the direction flag and transmits the SIP signal to the VPN or a global network.
