PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve contrast on a screen, and to eliminate appearance trouble that a dry member in a panel is viewed from the screen side. SOLUTION: For this organic EL panel 10, an organic EL element 12 formed by interposing an organic layer including at least a luminescent layer is formed between a pair of electrodes on a support substrate 11. By sticking a sealing member 13 to the support substrate 11 through an adhesive 15, a sealing space for surrounding the EL element 12 by the support substrate 11 and the sealing member 13 is formed.
