PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weight detector for enhancing detection accuracy by removing the effect of vibration disturbance from the detector installation side and the article placement side. SOLUTION: This weight detector is equipped with a weight detecting load cell 31 for detecting weight with its fixed end 31a fixed to a fixation base 13 stood on the floor while its free end 31b being loaded with the weight of an article X, a first vibration detecting load cell 32 provided on the fixed end 31a side of the load cell 31 to detect a vibration component, that is, a floor vibration component, on the fixed end 31a side, and a second vibration detecting load cell 33 provided on the free end 31b side of the load cell 31 to detect a vibration component, that is, a motor vibration component, on the free end 31b side. This weight detector detects the weight of the article X with high accuracy by removing the two vibration components from a detection signal obtained by the load cell 31 based on detection signals obtained by the respective load cells 31 to 33.
