PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser transceiver system for shooting training, a laser transmitter for shooting training, and laser receiver for shooting training enabling more realistic and practicable shooting training than before. SOLUTION: In this laser transceiver system having a shooting side device transmitting shooting laser signals and a shot side device receiving the shooting laser signals, the shooting side device transmits the shooting laser signals with position information and time information put thereon, and the shot side device extracts the position information and time information from the shooting laser signals to perform the determination of effect of shooting including the effect of an avoidance action utilizing a distance between a shooting side and a shot side, types of shooting bullets, types of shooting side firearms, shot side avoidance action, and shot side terrain, realization of the shooting of the shooting side device, and the realization of the loss of the shot side device.
