PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing valve of the simple constitution that can secure the degree of freedom for reliability and layout while enabling the relief of shock at the time of opening and closing. SOLUTION: An opening and closing valve unit 1 is composed of the opening and closing valve 3 that opens and closes the channel 2 so that the full open condition opening full section and the full close condition closing full section of a channel 2 can be selected. A variable throttle member 4 capable of selecting the full opening condition that opens its full section and the intermediate opening condition between full opening condition and full closing condition by throttling the prescribed section is communicated and arranged in the above channel 2.
