PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle grip mounting structure suitable for the application to repeatedly rotate a handlebar grip. SOLUTION: A handlebar holder 52 is provided on a handlebar pipe 51, a shift change pipe 53 is rotatably attached in the handlebar holder 52, and the handlebar grip 54 is integrally mounted on the shift change pipe 53. Outer end and inner end stopper members 63 and 64 are provided on the shift change pipe 53, and an inner end 77 and an outer end 78 of the handlebar grip 54 are fitted on the outer end and inner end stopper members 63 and 64.
