There is provided an information disclosure system capable of limiting information disclosure to a mobile station existing in a particular range. A mobile station (12) includes input means (101) for inputting disclosure range information, position information detection means (102) for periodically detecting position information on the mobile station (12), and mobile station radio means (103) for transmitting the disclosure range information and the position information to a server (14) via a base station (11) and a network (13). The server (14) includes disclosure range position information acquisition means (104) for acquiring the corresponding disclosure range position information from the disclosure range information from the mobile station radio means (103), within-range judgment means (105) for judging whether the mobile station (12) exists within the disclosure range according to the disclosure range position information and the position information, and disclosed information accumulation means (106) for disclosing the information only when the mobile station (12) exists within the disclosure range.
