<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension type wind power generator in which a vertical wind power generator with fixed guide vanes for effectively guiding wind power around rotary vanes directly connected with the generator is suspended and a cylinder for passing the generator is provided beneath it, and to stabilize output by taking in/out the suspended generator according to an increase/decrease in rotation by electric control. <P>SOLUTION: A block integrating the fixed vanes 7 provided around the rotary vanes 13, upper and lower retainers 2 retaining them, and the generator is suspended in the frame of a column 4, and the cylinder 8 is provided beneath it.
