<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio wave keyless key for securing sufficient transmission performance even when a metal decoration (including a paint, etc., containing metal particles) is applied on a housing by separating an antenna from a printed circuit board and disposing it on a peripheral part of the housing, in a radio wave keyless key having a transmitting antenna incorporated in a key grip section. <P>SOLUTION: In the radio wave keyless key, the printed circuit board 2 is mounted on a key grip at a proximal end part of a key plate and the printed circuit board is covered with the housing 4.
