摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent Ag from diffusing into a glass ceramic layer even when an Ag inner conductor and the non-magnetic glass ceramic layer are baked at the same time so as to lay high-density wiring, and to enable parts to be more reduced in size. <P>SOLUTION: The non-magnetic glass ceramic layer and the Ag inner conductor are laminated together and integrally baked into a high-frequency laminated part where an inductor unit or a capacitor unit or a wiring pattern is formed of the inner conductor. The non-magnetic glass ceramic layer is composed of 30 to 70 wt.% borosilicate glass and 70 to 30 wt.% Ti-Ba-Zn-SiO<SB>2</SB>ceramic, and kept in a state that an SiO<SB>2</SB>crystalline phase and a TiO<SB>2</SB>crystalline phase are mostly separated out by a mutual reaction caused by baking on each other of glass and ceramic. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
