DRINKING DETECTING DEVICE AND DRUNK DRIVING PREVENTION SYSTEM USING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drinking detecting device which confirms whether a person who is to drive for a job is intoxicated to ensure the prevention of drunk driving caused by an intoxicated driver using an impostor or other person impersonating a person in question to pass a sobriety test and a drunk driving prevention system.

SOLUTION: The drinking detecting device is equipped with a person specifying voice identifying means 1 for specifying the person as a crew for driving a vehicle and an alcohol detecting means 2 for detecting alcohol contained in the breath of the crew. A voice input part 11 of the person specifying voice identifying means and a breath blowing part 21 of the alcohol detecting means are provided to be close from each other.
