PURIFICATION AGENT OF GAS CONTAINING NITROGEN OXIDES, PURIFICATION METHOD, AND AIR DECONTAMINATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily remove nitrogen oxides contained in a gas like air in a relatively low concentration with superior purifying capacity and removal efficiency, without using a purification apparatus of a large scale or of a complex constitution.

SOLUTION: The purification agent has an amine complex of a metal sulfate carried on an inorganic carrier. Gases containing nitrogen oxides are brought into contact with the purification agent to remove contained nitrogen oxides. Air is brought into contact with the purification agent with the amine complex of metal sulfate carried on the inorganic carrier to remove nitrogen oxides contained in the air to perform air decontamination.
