PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a rubber hose having the film intermediate layer which is subjected to the continuous extrusion molding of the hose because an extruded green hose is treated immediately and continuously, imparts a small thermal affect to a peripheral rubber layer because a heating range is local, prevents the thermal deterioration of the rubber layer as a result, and eliminates difference in level by welding even if there is the difference in level in an overlap part. SOLUTION: A planar film 5 becoming an intermediate layer 2 is sent into an extrusion head 11 while rounded and long side parts 8 and 8 are overlapped to form the overlap part 6. In this state, an inner layer rubber 3 and an outer layer rubber 4 are subjected to coextrusion molding on the inner and outer surfaces of the rolled film, and the overlap part 6 is welded by dielectric heating using a welding device 20 provided above the rubber hose 1 immediately after extruded.
