PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deaerating packaging bag suitable for rice and grain which is used for filling and packaging rice and grain and served for storage and distribution, and has an effect of discharging surplus gas in the packaging bag and gas generated in the packaging bag and an effect of preventing ingress of water such as water droplet from the outside.
