PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical axis adjusting jig capable of improving production efficiency and aligning optical axes at high accuracy. SOLUTION: The optical axis adjusting jig to be used for aligning the optical axes of 1st and 2nd optical systems 2, 4 in assembling a 1st lens frame 3 having the 1st optical system 2 to a cylindrical 2nd lens frame 5 having the 2nd optical system 4 is provided with a ring-like member 11 for depressing the 1st lens frame 3 to a fixing wall 5B in the 2nd lens frame 5 to which the 2nd lens system 4 is attached and a shifting operation member 10 for moving the 1st lens frame 3 along a fixing wall 3B of the 1st lens frame 3 in the depressed state of the 1st lens frame 3 by the ring-like member 11.
