The pasteurizing process, for beverages sensitive to biological action, is in two phases. The first phase, before bottling, is at 20-100 pasteurizing units (PE) at a high temperature for a short period. The second phase, after bottling, is at a temperature of 50-60[deg]C for a duration of 8-20 minutes.
