<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense with regular and frequent maintenance of a water hammer prevention means and other auxiliary means by installing a relief valve on the water hammer prevention means in an extraction mechanism of reserved water, and eliminate discharged water to be extracted when the prevention means is actuated. <P>SOLUTION: The extraction mechanism 20 of reserved water includes an extraction conduit 21 connected with a reservoir tank T, an extraction valve 22 provided at its leading end, and the relief valve 20a provided in the middle of the conduit 21.
