PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fly ash accumulation prevention apparatus suitably used for a melting treatment facility for treating general waste and industrial waste and capable of securely preventing fly ash from being accumulated on the inner surfaces of pipes. SOLUTION: This fly ash accumulation prevention apparatus for preventing fly ash included in flue gas from being accumulated in the pipes comprises a string-shaped contact member 20 extending generally parallel with the pipe 3 and coming into contact with the inner surface of the pipe 3.
