<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the convenience of a print vender having a function of uploading to an image management server. <P>SOLUTION: The print vender 1 reads image data from a recording medium 4 or an image recording device 3. When uploading the read image to the image management server 2, if print processing is executed, the print vender 1 gives priority for execution to the print processing over uploading. Also, in uploading the image data read from the device 3 or the medium 4 to the server 2, the print vender 1 temporarily stores the read image data in a hard disk, and uploads the image data in the server 2, thereby enabling uploading the image data even after connection with the device 3 is disconnected or after the medium 4 is removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
