PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize the transition conditions of operation conditions with excellent accuracy. SOLUTION: A management device for a game comprises: an information input means 149 for inputting information capable of specifying whether or not a player is playing in a game machine 2; an operation information sum-up / calculation means 142 for summing up and/or calculating operation information capable of specifying the ratio of the game machines 2 that the player is playing occupying the game machines 2 belonging to a prescribed range at every prescribed interval of time; an operation information storage means 145 for storing the summed-up and/or calculated operation information corresponding to the information capable of specifying the time at which the operation information is summed up and/or calculated; a time zone operation information decision means 142 for deciding the operation information of respective time zones for which the business hours of a game place are divided by a prescribed time width including two or more continuous hours on the basis of the stored operation information of the two or more continuous hours; and output means 147 and 148 for outputting the information capable of specifying the transition conditions of the operation information on the basis of the decided operation information of the respective time zones.
