PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic vending machine for a photo seal capable of outputting a potting processed material in an adequate temperature. SOLUTION: A photograph is taken and the image is printed on a seal by a printer body 331. The seal is nipped with chucks 520, 521 to be conveyed by a roller chain 203. A potting material is dropped on the seal in the way of conveyance thereof by using a tube pump 323 and an ultraviolet ray is radiated thereto by using a high pressure mercury lamp 327 (curing of the potting material), and then a cooling process using a Peltier element cooling device (fan) 309 is carried out.
