PURPOSE: A movable flagpole is provided to identify easily a flag by fluttering a flag without wind and preventing a clinging phenomenon of the flag. CONSTITUTION: A main body(1) includes an air suction part, an upper hole, an upper case, and a lower case. The air suction part is formed around the main body. The upper hole is formed at a center of an upper part of the upper case. An opening is formed at a lower part of the upper case. A fan is installed at the opening. A weight is inserted into an upper part of the lower case. A flag bar(2) is installed at the upper hole and includes an air rising path and an air exhaust hole. A rotating cylindrical body(3) includes an air room, an air exhaust hole, and a flag fixing ring.
