PURPOSE: A method for applying a valve and a device thereof are provided to improve the convenience, and to reduce water consumption by shutting off stink of sewage from a drain pipe and a sewage collecting container, by automatically opening and closing the plug for a sink, a bath or a washstand and by automating the flexible faucet(COBRA) and a shower head. CONSTITUTION: A lower end(74) of a flexible faucet(COBRA) is installed in a drain hole(76) of a water supply pipe(75), and packing is fitted to the lower part of the lower end of the flexible faucet(COBRA). An assembling ring and a fixing ring are installed in a recess, and combined by a nut(104). A fixing pipe(95) is inserted to a hose(94), and an upper ceramic plate(98) is installed in the lower part of the fixing pipe. A lower ceramic plate(99) is composed of a water supply hole(100), a thread(121) and a storage container(117), and contacted to the upper ceramic plate. The lower end of the flexible faucet(COBRA) is contacted to an annular sill(107) of a connecting pipe(106) by fitting an O-ring(105) to the drain hole of the water supply pipe. Packing is fitted to the annular sill, and a rectangular valve is elastically supported by a spring. A bottom plate of a circular pipe is placed lower than the upper part of a shank, and the upper part of the lower end of the flexible faucet(COBRA) is combined with a metal hose.
