PURPOSE: Provided are a synthetic resin tube film for a package and a manufacturing method thereof to enable opposite surfaces of sheets forming the film passing through a circular die during extrusion-molding to be easily separated from each other in the course of packaging by reducing a tendency of the sheets sticking to each other. CONSTITUTION: The synthetic resin tube film produced in a compressed flat panel form having two sheets facing each other after being extrusion-molded in a tube shape comprises multiple concave grooves(1) formed on interior surfaces of the two facing sheets. The concave grooves(1) are elongated in a direction(A) in which the film is drawn out and spaced equidistantly apart from each other.
