PURPOSE: A SAM(Secure Application Module) board having a charging function is provided to use an IC card with use of charged power without a separate power supply by charging the excessive micro current remained when a processor except the IC card is performed. CONSTITUTION: A power supply comprises a main power supply(120) supplying the current applied through a communication line when other process except the IC card is performed to a controller, and a sub power supply(130) supplying the current supplied from the main power supply and the charged current when the IC card is used, while charging the excess current of the main power supply when the current is applied to the controller from the main power supply. The sub power supply comprises a rechargeable battery(131) charging the current, a controlling part(132) charging the current supplied from the main power supply to the rechargeable battery by judging that the current is supplied to the controller from the main power supply, and a switch(133) selectively connecting the main power supply and the rechargeable battery depending on a command of the controller.
