PURPOSE: A meat roaster is provided to equally supply food to many persons by rotating a roasting plate on which food is placed to a support plate. CONSTITUTION: A meat roaster is composed of a roasting plate(10), and a support plate(20) disposed under the roasting plate and supporting the roasting plate. The support plate has a placing portion(22) on which the roasting plate is placed. A plurality of oil discharge holes(10a) are radially formed at the roasting plate. A rotary unit is installed at the bottom of the roasting plate, and includes at least one ball bearing(14) to rotate the roasting plate to the support plate, and separation preventing ribs. The ball bearings are rotatably inserted into bearing grooves formed at the bottom of the roasting plate, and are in contact with the placing portion of the support plate. The separation preventing ribs are formed at the open circumference of the bearing grooves, and prevent the ball bearings from being separated from the bearing grooves.
