PURPOSE: Provided is an organic materials treating system which is able to continuously treat low-molecular or persistent organic materials, increase the treating efficiency and reduce the size of a reaction tank. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises a laminar flow reactor (10) and a continuous stirred tank reactor (20). Raw water containing low-molecular weight or persistent organic materials is supplied thorough a raw water inlet pipe (30) to the laminar flow reactor, treated through the continuous stirred tank reactor and then discharged through a discharge pipe (40). The laminar flow reactor and the continuous stirred tank reactor are formed to contact with each other and the upper part of the contact side of both reactors is formed to be an open structure (50). A radical generation medium injection device (60) is connected to the raw water inlet pipe to add radical generation medium to the raw water.
