PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting the driving voltage of a plasma display panel(PDP) module and a method for the same are provided to more exactly implement the adjustment operation by performing the driving voltage adjustment system itself in response to the reference voltage level inputted by an operator. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for adjusting the driving voltage of a plasma display panel(PDP) module includes a transformer(33), an analog/digital(A/D) converter(60), a micro-computer(40), a digital/analog(D/A) converter(50), a control integrated circuit(IC)(32) and a wireless signal transmission unit. The A/D converter(60) converts the driving voltage outputted from the secondary side of the transformer(33). The micro-computer(40) outputs the inputted reference voltage again so as to adjust the digital driving voltage outputted from the A/D converter(60) when it is not equal to the inputted reference voltage. The D/A converter(50) converts the reference voltage outputted from the micro-computer(40) into an analog value. The control IC(32) controls the output level of the driving voltage in response to the output of the D/A converter(50). And, the wireless signal transmission unit transmits the outputs of the D/A converter(50) to the control IC(32). |
