Substituted 3,4-dihydro-pyrimido(1,2a)pyrimidine and 3,4-dihydro-pyrazino(1,2a)pyrimidine derivatives of formula (I), their preparation process and their use in the treatment of conditions such as pain, urinary incontinence, itching, tinnitus aurium and diarrhoea are disclosed, wherein all the variables shown in formula (I) are as described in the specification.
